I love what I do. 

I have been a Massachusetts Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 2012.  I studied at Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Watertown, MA and am trained in a variety of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, IASTM, kinesiology taping, and sports massage.  Additionally, I hold certifications in both prenatal and Thai Massage.  My practices in yoga and Reiki bring a greater understanding to the physical and energetic properties of bodywork therapy and my style of massage consists of firm, comfortable pressure using integrative techniques. Different approaches yield different results; so with my strong foundational knowledge of muscular and energetic therapies I can allow intuition to guide me in offering clients the treatment that best serves them.   

As I said, I love what I do....and it shows.
