Thai Massage

Thai massage uses gentle pressure and stretching techniques to offer relaxation and assist the body in releasing tension and restrictions. This type of massage is preformed fully clothed (comfortable attire you can easily move in) on a mat on the floor.  The massage practitioner uses hands, elbows, knees and feet to apply an amount of pressure comfortable to you.  Thai massage is a great addition to any fitness or wellness routine.  *Please note that upon request Thai techniques can be preformed on a massage table if restrictions prevent you from getting on and off of the floor with ease.

Table Massage   

A variety of techniques are used to manually work away stress and muscle tension.  All treatments are customized to each client's needs and preferences.  This type of service is offered on a comfortable massage table under a secure draping of sheets and blankets.  At the discretion of the therapist, massage cupping, gua sha, heat, and aroma therapies may be included in your session.

Prenatal and Postnatal Massage

Massage can be preformed at any time during your pregnancy, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare provider.  Comfortable positioning and indicated massage techniques  are offered through out the stages of pregnancy.  Both Thai and table massage are offered to pre and post natal clients.  

Reiki Energy Healing 

Reiki is a form of subtle energy healing.  Reiki promotes balance, healing, and stress reduction.  This service is available as a full session or to be included with any other therapeutic session.

Facial Gua Sha 

A facial massage technique using a flat stone over the skin in upward strokes to reduce inflammation and muscular tension of the face.  This service is available to be included with a full therapeutic session.         

Kinesiology Taping 

A specially designed elastic therapeutic tape is applied to gently lift the skin, allowing for improved blood and lymphatic flow.  Kinesiology tape applications are left on for 3-5 days and combined with other therapies help to alleviate pain and swelling.    This service is available to be included with a full therapeutic session.
